What Happens When You Reach Out

First, you talk to someone. A real conversation about where you are and what you are dealing with. From there we do a clinical screening to figure out whether our program is the right level of care for you, and we verify your insurance benefits so you know where you stand financially before you commit to anything. If we are a fit, we set a start date and get your intake handled. If a different level of care is safer first, we tell you that honestly and help you find it.

Let Us Handle the Insurance Part

We accept all PPO policies and are in network with Cigna and TriWest. We cannot accept Medicaid, Medi-Cal, or Medicare. If you are not sure what your plan covers, that is normal, and it is what verification is for. We will check your benefits and give you a straight answer.
